Do You Offer Weekends or Evening Services?

Yes, we do! We offer walks and visits outside standard hours for an additional fee. Let us know your needs—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

What About Holidays?

Holidays too! We’re happy to help during most major holidays. Please note that holiday bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and include a $15 holiday fee. Space is limited—especially for overnight care—so we recommend booking early.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we do our best to be flexible!

  • Walks and Visits: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to the full visit rate.

  • Pet Sitting and Boarding: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of service will be charged 50% of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total booking.

How Far in Advance Should I Book Pet Sitting or Boarding?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance-especially around holidays or peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings (within 2 weeks) may incur a $25 rush fee and are subject to availability.

Pet Sitting / Dog Boarding

What's the Difference Between Pet Sitting and Boarding?

In-home sitting means your sitter stays in your home, caring for your pet in their own space with their usual routine-great for pets who prefer familiar surroundings.

Boarding is done in a sitter's home, offering a calm, crate-free environment with personal attention and no overcrowding. Ideal for sociable dogs who adapt well to new spaces.

How Long Is a “Day” of Sitting or Boarding?

Our daytime dog sitting and boarding runs during our regular business hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Overnight care covers a full 24 hours, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day.

Need extra time? If care starts early or ends late, an extended pet care fee (+$35) may apply.

What's included in Overnight Sitting or Boarding?

Whether your pet stays home or with us, they'll receive the same wag-worthy care and attention they're used to. Both options include:

  • Three 30-minute walks per 24-hour period

  • Meal times and water refresh

  • Playtime and enrichment tailored to your pet's needs

  • Potty breaks and cleanup

  • Comfort-focused companionship and supervision

  • Check-in/check-out alerts, daily visit reports, and photos

Is Boarding Available for All Pets?

Boarding is currently available for dogs only, and space is limited to maintain a low-stress, high-comfort environment.

At this time, we do not offer boarding for cats or exotic pets — but we do offer in-home cat care and daily visits.

Please note: Boarding and sitting is available exclusively for our regular dogs who have walked with us before. This helps ensure every pup feels comfortable, safe, and right at home with us.
